Dec 1974 – June 1977 – I worked as a resident medical officer in May Pen Public Hospital.

Experience gained in all the fields of medicine, surgery. Paediatrics, obs and gynae, orthopaedics and accident and emergency

24hrs duty in one hospital has been of great advantage to me as it has been quite relevant for general practice in future.

Later worked in Spanish town hospital in general surgery and accident and emergency.

Completed my contract on 31/12/1977.

Experience in United Kingdom After few months of rest and travel in India I came to live and work in England on 14/5/1978.

I gained lot of experience by working in different branches of medicine, to start with in psychiatry then health care of the elderly, accident and emergency etc. in different cities of England.

It did help me to qualify to obtain General Practice (GP) training course in London for a year as GP trainee and attending courses in Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow.

Experience in the hospital and general community at large helped me to become a principal in general practice in Meadows Health Centre in Nottingham in the year 1984.

Partner in General Practice and Emergency Medicine I worked indeed in one place in Nottingham for 32 years and I am still working as a part- timer in general practice and emergency medicine.
Experience All these years  I have gained lot of experience in all fields of medicine and had the opportunity to serve mostly the poorer section of people of different backgrounds of India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Jamaica, Bermuda, Barbados, Poland, Germany, French, Romania, Spanish, Mexican, Cubans, Russians,  Chinese, Japanese etc.

I have worked with the help of my team members providing and delivering high quality primary care in spite of having a lot of medical problems out of proportions to deal with greatest of care in our local practice and cities practice community.

It has been a great experience in working with multicultural and multiracial society with patients from both east and west speaking multitude of languages.

Teaching I have been teaching undergraduate medical students from Nottingham and Derby medical schools- starting from first year to final years of medicine since 1990.

Teaching and learning has been of a great interest throughout my career as learning and working as a doctor – the credit I still owe to “Our teachers of Osmania”.

With my humble experience as a doctor working and a student with all my best friends studying alongside me; i thank ALMIGHTY to have given such an opportunity to work and serve the humanity as a whole.
